Who is responsible

What we collect and why

| Legal basis | Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form after reading the notice above the button, which says what you will receive. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to the address above. |
| How long | Until you unsubscribe. Your address is then removed from the mailing list. Our email provider keeps it on a suppression list only so that you are never emailed again. |
Your data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own purposes, and it is not used for profiling.
Service providers
Two providers process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:
| Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) | Stores the mailing list and sends the emails. Brevo records whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked, so we can see whether emails arrive. |

| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts this website and protects it from abuse. Cloudflare processes your IP address when you visit, as any web host does. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. |
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. Fonts are served from this website, not from Google.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@ad5competitionguide.com; you will get an answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or work.
Age
This website is meant for university graduates applying to the EU civil service. Do not sign up if you are under 16.
